It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Rose M. Olexyn, Late of Saskatoon, SK at the age of 94 years. Rose was born in Wakaw, SK, grew up and worked many years in Prince Albert, SK then moved to British Columbia & eventually to Saskatoon, SK for the remainder of her life until her passing.
Rose was blessed to be an honorary member of Barb and Kelly Thompson’s family for over 45 years. Rose was very grateful to share in the lives of Barb & Kelly’s children.
Rose faced a lot of adversity in her life but faced it with Courage, Determination, & Strength of Will.
The friends and family of Rose would like to thank the staff at the Parkridge Centre in Saskatoon, SK for their compassionate time spent with Rose.
Rose is survived by her son Allan, her grandchildren Rhonda, Kevin & Chris & her close friend Barb & Family. As well as numerous other relatives and friends. Rose was predeceased by her mother Helen Olexyn, her grandson Scott & her daughter Sharon. Graveside Service will be held.
