Arthur Joseph Merasty

Merasty, Arthur Joseph, late of Prince Albert, passed away January 2, 2012 in Prince Albert at the age of 66 years. Arthur was born in Flying Dust First Nation on December 10, 1945.



Arthur will be lovingly rememberedby his wife: Doris Merasty; his daughters: Carrie, Shelly, Jackie, Mary and Raven; his son: Ryan; his step-daughter: Cheryl; his step-son: Kris; his sisters: Elizabeth and Josephine; his brother: Charles; his auntie: Melvina; his mother-in-law: Jean Day; as well as numerous nephews, nieces, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and pappa girl Chalene.



Arthur was predeceased by his parents: Marie (nee Martel) & Francis Merasty and his sisters: Mary Anne and Doreen.



A Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 3, 2012~ 4:00 pm, at MacKenzie Chapel, Prince Albert.



A Prayer Service will be held Wednesday, January 4, 2012 ~ 7:00 pm, atMacKenzie Chapel, Prince Albert, SK, with Gilbert Bekkattla as officiant.



A Wake Service will be held, commencing Thursday, January 5, 2012 ~ 12:00 pm, at Flying Dust First Nation Community Gym, Meadow Lake, SK.



A Funeral Service will be held Friday, January 6, 2012 ~ 2:00 PM, at Flying Dust First Nation Community Gym, Meadow Lake, SK. Interment at Flying Dust Cemetery, Meadow Lake, SK.
