Brent Copas

COPAS, Brent- With great sorrow we announce Brents passing. He was born in Moose Jaw, SK on Oct. 17, 1961, and died in Prince Albert, SK on Nov. 25, 2012. Brent worked hard all his life until his body said no more. He went years without a day off. He loved old hot cars, tearing them apart, then rebuilt to perfection. He teased and taunted and looked you in the eye. He kept his hair, blond and long. Im still tough., hed say, as he ran his fingers through his hair. Brent was lippy and harsh and gentle and kind, and we loved him. Hed help out anyone but if you were wrong hed call you on it. Rae, his sister with special needs, touched his heart, and his little girls Lakesia and Denasia made him smile. He loved his beautiful children and was so proud of his eldest Brandon. Brent was predeceased by his parents: Eugene Raymond and Freda Mary Copas-Hoffman (nee Fairbrass), and his brothers: Don, John, Dale, Larry and Jack. He is survived by his siblings: Trevor (Leona), Richard, Candis (Darrel), Rae, Marie, and Patsy (Gord). He loved Jennifer, his friends and family. A Funeral Service will be held at Northern Funeral Service, MacKenzie Chapel, 130-9th St. E., Monday, December 3 at 1 p.m. Brent will rest at South Hill Cemetery.
