Helen Viola (Holth) Boettcher

Boettcher, Helen Viola passed away on December 26, 2012 in St. Brieux, SK at the age of 89 years. She was born on November 11, 1923 in Archerwill, SK. Mom was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She took pride in being a homemaker, her house was always spotless and she always had the most delicious baking. She loved her family and friends around her and was always up for a game of dice or cards. We will dearly miss her beautiful smile. Helen is survived by her 5 children and 11 grandchildren: Larry and his children: Brent (April) and Susan; Lorraine (Ken) and her children: Rick, Michael, Bill (Alisa), Roderick (Naomi), Cindy (Joe), Steven and her step-children: Crystal, Richard and Douglas; Gloria (Earl) Armstrong and their child Charlotte (Troy) Mackay; Doug (Elsie); and Chuck (Marylynn) and their children Kristopher and Kyle; and her sisters-in-law: Iva Boettcher, Hilda Schickerowski and Edith Borge. Helen was predeceased by her husband Karl of 61 years; her daughter-in-law: Ina and her two sisters. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 31, 2012 1:00pm at MacKenzie Chapel, Prince Albert, with The Rev. Daniel A. Haugen officiating. Interment to follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
