Helen (Bright) Jobe

JOBE- Helen Margaret (nee Bright), late of Birch Hills. It is with great sadness that the family share the loss of a much loved Mother, Grandmother and Great-grandmother. Helen passed away December 13, 2011, three days before her 92nd birthday, at the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert. She was born December 16, 1919 in Melfort, and lived in Thaxted until she moved to Birch Hills to find employment. It was in Birch Hills where she met Bert and was married. Together they worked hard on their farm and raised their family.

Left to mourn her death are her two daughters: Marci (Ian) of Crowsnest Pass, AB and Sharon (Eric) of Chilliwack, BC; her two sons: Burt of Birch Hills, SK and Jim of Vancouver, BC; her ten grandchildren; her eleven great-grandchildren, and her three sisters: Florence Paddock, Lorna Whelen and Phylis McKay.

Helen was predeceased by a daughter Sandra and her husband Bert.

A Private Family Service will be held. Interment to follow at a later date.
