McKeaveney, James- Late of Prince Albert, SK. On Dec.28 2010 the life of a very special husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend came to a sudden end at the Victoria Union Hospital at the age of 64. Jim had many hobbies and interests. He enjoyed restoring old cars, camping with Mom, riding motorcycles, Sunday drives, cooking, Redneck Racing and spending time with his beloved granddaughters. Jim took pride in his occupations which included Semi-driver, mechanic and as a cab driver. He was currently employed by Prince Albert Housing Authority in the Maintenance Dept. Jim had a very special place in his heart for his Tenants at Molstad Place and Mitchell Place. Jim is lovingly remembered by his wife and companion of 42 years-Virginia; sons- James Jr, Chris (Michelle) and Todd (Shannon); and also his 3 granddaughters Madison and Kacie McKeaveney and Brittney McKeaveney; his brothers and sisters and his special furry companions Boots and Callie. Jim was predeceased by his parents Thomas and Catherine McKeaveney; son David; brothers Thomas, George, and John and his sister-Dorothy. The family wishes to thank the staff of Parkland Ambulance, the Doctors and Nurses at the Victoria Union Hospital and also Gord Hein for their compassion and support during this very difficult time.
