John Alexander "Alex" Burgess

BURGESS, John Alexander Alex, late of Prince Albert, SK passed away at the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert on January 12, 2011 at the age of 71 years. He was born on November 7, 1939 in Prince Albert and took all of his schooling there. Alex had a keen interest in Ham Radio and was in communication with people all around the world. He worked for 22 years with the Department of Highways, living at Deschambault Lake for most of those years. He was predeceased by his beloved daughter Kathy; parents Harry and Flora Burgess; sisters Flora Burgess and Alice Baycroft; brothers Allan and Ike. He is survived by his sons Russell/Robert and Arthur Miller; brother-in-law Harry Baycroft and sister-in-law Fran Burgess. At Alexs request no funeral service will be held.
