John James Daniels

DANIELS, John James Daniels, late of Sturgeon Lake, passed away on July 22, 2012 in Prince Albert at the age of 82 years. John was born in Whitefish, SK on September 28, 1929.

John will be lovingly remembered by his children: Wallace, Garry (Tanya), Vincent (Gloria), Clifford, Larry (Sonya), Joanne (Frank), Vernon (Linda), Thomas, Jennifer (Wayne), Robert (Marlene), Maryanne Moccasin (David), Karen Felix (adopted daughter) and Anne Marie (Oscar); his sisters: Marie Custer & family and Irene; his brothers: Chief Wesley & family, Wallace, Arthur and Ron; his sister-in-law: Maryann Ermine; his 41 grandchildren; his 80 great-grandchildren; his 3 great-great-grandchildren; his special grandchildren: Keturiah Ermine, Georgelynn Daniels, Baby Mark and Shawna; his special brothers: Fred Hallkett, Henry and AJ Felix; his special sisters: Violet Naytowhow, Dorothy, Marlene and Sherryanne; as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, special friends, adopted relatives, adopted parents; all who knew and loved him, as well as the Community of Big River First Nation (Whitefish Lake).

John was predeceased by his loving beautiful wife: Marie Madeline Daniels (nee Primeau); his parents: John & Pelagie Daniels (Kenematayoo); his sister: Josephine, Alma and Ruth; his brother: Willie, Joseph, Michael and Allan; and his grandchildren: Baby Harold Daniels, Amos Daniels, Jenine Daniels and Edwin Lalibertie.

A Wake Service will be commencing Tuesday July 24, 2012 at the Sturgeon Lake Community Centre, Sturgeon Lake, SK.

A Funeral Service will be held Thursday July 26, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Sturgeon Lake Community Centre in Sturgeon Lake, SK. Interment at East End Cemetery, Sturgeon Lake, SK.
