SAYAZIE- John Henry, late of Stony Rapids SK passed away March 3, 2011 in Stony Rapids at the age 68 years. He was born March 5, 1942 in Selwyn Lake, SK. John is survived by: his sisters: Marie Sayazie & son, Aaron of Calgary, AB; Rose (Neil) Brown & her children, Susan (Jason), Duncan (Sharlene) Allistair, Stuart & Fiona; his brother: Victor (Jean) Sayazie & children, Jenny (Mathew), Shawna, Robin, Shelley (Michael) & Jasmine of Stony Rapids, SK; his late sister: Albertine Roy & children, George (Joyce), Maxine, Laura, Brian, Corrine, Priscilla, Carmen, Gyfford and Janelle; his special nieces: Kathy Robillard and Shawna Sayazie; his special nephews: Keegan Sayazie and Dene-Cree Robillard; his God children: Robin Sayazie and Brenda Mercredi; as well as numerous nieces, nephews; his friends: Alfred Kasyon, Gilbert Mercredi, Freddie Robillard, Jerry Mercredi, Pierre Robillard, Martin Robillard, Patrick Robillard, Josephine Seegerts, Dora MacKenzie and many more. John was predeceased by: his parents: Joseph & Bernadette Sayazie; his brothers: Edward and James Sayazie; his sister: Albertine Roy; his great nephew: Baby Vic Stanley Larocque; his uncles: Moise Toutsaint and Thomas Disain; his aunts: Angeline Toutsaint, Lucy Robillard and Louise Disain; his God parents: Harry & Madeline Sandypoint; his late grandparents: Paul & Marie Disain; his cousins: Joseph & Andrew Robillard. Wake Service will be held Sunday March 6, 2011~ 1pm, at Northern Funeral Service, MacKenzie Chapel, Prince Albert, SK. Wake Service will also be held Tuesday & Wednesday, March 8 & 9, 2011 at the Residence of Victor & Jean Sayazie, Stony Rapids, SK. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, March 10, 2011 at 2:00 pm at Our Lady of Good Counsel, Stony Rapids, SK with Father Joseph Daley officiating. Interment in Stony Lake Cemetery.
