VIZINA, Phyllis Marie
It is with great sadness the family announce the peaceful passing of Phyllis Marie Vizina, late of Prince Albert, at the age of 71 years on May 3rd, 2011. She was born November 15, 1939 in St. Louis, SK .
Phyllis is survived by: Her son Keith (Christina) and Keiths daughter Brittany; Her brother Dale (Marcy) and Dales children: Pam, Dale Lee, Yvonne, Danny and his daughter Monique; Marcys daughter Chantal (Chris); her niece Marlene (Bill) and Marlenes children Tanzley, Josh and Justin.
Phyllis was predeceased by: her parents Dorothy and Louis; her brother Vivian Keith; her grandparents Edith and George Halcro.
Keith and Christina would like to thank the Doctors, and especially the Nurses of both ICU and PCU departments at St. Pauls Hospital in Saskatoon for the special care of mom during this difficult time.
