BIGHEAD-Ronnie Howard, late of Sturgeon Lake, SK passed away October 24, 2010 in Prince Albert, SK at the age of 58 years. He was born on October 26, 1951 in Prince Albert, SK. Ronnie is survived by his wife Rita Bighead (Halkett); his father Howard Bighead; his children Kevin Bighead, Conrad Bighead (Lori), Kelly Bighead, Trevor Dreaver (Elaine), Trent Dreaver, Crystal Waditaka (Phillip), Carey Vandall (Myrtle) and Carmen Brown his 26 grandchildren; his adopted son Kevin (Matilda) Daniels; his adopted daughter Marlene Lachance; his brothers Craig Bighead (Shirley), Frank Bighead (Joyce) and Darwin Bighead (Colleen); his sister Maureen Ahenakew (Edgar); his stepchildren William Halkett & Shawn Ermine; his special brothers-in-law Edgar Ahenakew and Lorne Waditaka; his adopted brother and sisters Brenda Merasty, Conrad Bird and Delila Bird; his mother-in-law Lillian Crow. Ronnie is predeceased by his mother Marjorie Bighead (Ahenakew); his sister Marjorie Ann Ahenakew (Bighead) his brother Conrad Charles Bighead; his uncle Charlie Ahenakew; his aunts Violet Vandall, Hazel Ahenakew and Christie Bighead; his grandparents Frank & Ida Ahenakew, William Bighead and Victoria Snake; his father-in-law William James Halkett; his adopted mother Mary Jane Daniels and his step-son Joey Halkett. Visitation was held on Monday, October 25, 2010~7:00 pm in Northern Funeral Service- MacKenzie Chapel, Prince Albert, SK. Wake Service was held on Tuesday, October 26, 2010, commencing at 1:00 pm, Service ~ 7:00 pm in the Sturgeon Lake Community Centre, Sturgeon Lake, SK. Funeral Service was held on Wednesday, October 27, 2010~11:00 am in Sturgeon Lake Community Centre, Sturgeon Lake, SK with The VEN Adam Halkett officiating. Interment East End Cemetery.
