Mr. Roy McLachlan, late of Prince Albert, passed away at the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon on Friday, October 21, 2011 at the age of 79 years. Roy was born in Moose Jaw, SK on March 25th, 1932 to parents Clara and Lawrence McLachlan. Roy is survived by: his wife: Leona; his children: Richard Anderson of Edmonton, AB., Mervin (Irene) Anderson of Clearwater, B.C., Wayne (Sandy) McLachlan of Prince Albert, SK., Diana (Cam) Peneff of Lloydminster, AB. and Darlene (Tony) Oddo of Saskatoon, SK.; his 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; his sister: Theresa Brassard as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Roy was predeceased by: his parents: Lawrence & Clara McLachlan; his siblings: Elden, Ethel, Ted, Edna, Ernest, Evelyn and Cecil.
The Funeral Mass will be conducted on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at St. Josephs Roman Catholic Church, 260 25th St. E. with The Rev. Roque Conception as Celebrant.
