PAVELKO, Sylvia Marjorie (nee Sanderson), passed away June 11, 2011 in North Battleford at the age of 71 years. Sylvia was born December 27, 1939 in Mistawasis, SK.
Sylvia will be lovingly remembered and forever cherished by her sons: Clarke of Vancouver, BC and Gord (Muriel) of Saskatoon, SK; her daughter: Jean (Clarence) of North Battleford, SK; her grandchildren: Nichole, Alicia, Kevin, Harley & Utin, Adam (Tricia) of Grande Prairie, AB, Aimee (Justin) of Grande Prairie, AB & Kim of Vancouver, BC, and Andy (Melissa) of Saskatoon, SK; her great-grandchildren: Tanisha, Kayla & Aspen; her brother: Ronald (Geraldine) of Mistawasis, SK; her nephew: Gerald (Lorna) Sanderson of Ahtahkakoop First Nation; her special nieces: Myrna, Gloria, Norma, Allana & their families; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and her close friends Jean Hayes & Virginia Pechawis.
Sylvia was predeceased by her husband: Nick Pavelko in 1984; her grandson: Adrian Brassard in 1984; her parents: Donald and Caroline Sanderson; her brothers: Willard & Stanley, Edwin Sand, Antoine Sand, and Josey Sanderson; her sisters: Joyce Crain, Gladys Pechawis, Freda Johnson, Viola Peekeekoot and Lottie Bird.
A Wake Service will be held Monday June 13, 2011 at Mistawasis Family Center, Mistawasis, SK.
A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday June 14, 2011~ 2:00 pm at Mistawasis Family Center, Mistawasis, SK, with Rev. Walter Donavan officiating.
Interment will be held Wednesday June 15, 2011, Presbyterian Cemetery, Mistawasis, SK.
