COOK, Thomas Leon- late of Black Lake, SK, passed away August 22, 2011 in Stony Rapids, SK at the age of 69 years. Leon was born April 8, 1942 on the Trap Line. Leon was predeceased by his parents: Gabriel & Madeline Cook; his brothers: Nolbert & Joe Cook; his sister: Antoinette Donard and his grandchildren: Danny Albert Medal & Becky Cook. A Visitation will be held Wednesday August 24, 2011 at 2:00 pm, at Northern Funeral Service, MacKenzie Chapel, Prince Albert. A Wake Service will be held Thursday & Friday, August 25 & 26, 2011 at the residence of Nelda Mary Jane Cook in Black Lake, SK. A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday August 27, 2011 at 2:30 pm at Our Lady of the Cape Roman Catholic Church, Black Lake, SK, with Fr. Joseph Daley officiating.
